Default Request Template Issue
we have created 3 level request categories:
Category
Sub category
Sub sub category
By default, the default request template just have "Category & Sub category" fields. Hence I want to add the �sub sub category� into it . But we can not find a way to automatically create the drop down list for the "sub sub category" depending on the choice of �category� & �sub category�.
Can you help?
