I am curious.  I have been working on specialized templates for "requesters" and would prefer they use these stripped-down customized templates.  Is there a way to hide the Default from the requester so they cannot use that as I would prefer technicians use that one since it has far more options that the technician would wish to add but the end user does not need.  And it just says "Default Request" with no way to change the name.  Honestly, I would be ok if I could just change the name to something other than Default, so users are less tempted to use it.
