Deep Packet Inspection with Netflow Manageengine

Hello, I recently implemented the Netflow Manageengine monitoring tool in our company and it is working properly. However, for better visibility of the network, I need to install the "Deep Packet Inspection" feature. Seeing the documentation on the official website, I followed each step, which are:
- Installation and integration of the High Performance add-ons;
- Port mirrored switch ports to copy all traffic;
- Reception of this traffic copied to another port, neutral.
So here is my problem: By viewing the traffic copied using the Wireshark tool, I can see all traffic copied; But via the Manageengine tool, I do not receive anything.
Did I miss something? If someone can help me.
