decommissioning of support GROUP - can't hide on drop down lists
There is no feature to decommission the support Group meaning that once it was created it remain visible all the time.
We understand that the group cannot be deleted when there was any ticket closed in this group, but there should be an option to deactivate \ hide no longer required Group. The deactivated group should not appear on the drop down lists e.g. when creating new ticket.
