DE backup operation creates "User authentication failed" messages on Cisco ASA 5500
DE is able to backup a Cisco ASA5500 successfully. However, viewing the event logs on the ASA during a backup, shows that DE made multiple login attempts during one backup procedure. It looks like there were 3 successful logins and one failed login during each and every backup procedure.
Why are there multiple logins?...I assume for each command issued? like, "show version" "show running-config" "show startup-config" etc.
Why is there a failed login?...can this be fixed?
