DCOM error when scanning

DCOM error when scanning

I tried the fixes in the below link with no luck. The net use commands process fine but I continually receice the error:
Failure: Either access denied for the user or remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation.

I disabled firewall and antivirus for testing, no difference either.
