Ever since upgrading to 10.1.2127.20 we've had an issue where the server goes full line speed on the NIC when deploying updates.  Is there a best practice or a way to throttle the bandwidth via the application?  It would be a bit difficult to control this downstream as it's a VM and physically shared with other servers.  We've never had this issue prior to this version.
