dcinventory.exe error

dcinventory.exe error

Has anyone seen an issue during installation of the DesktopCentral Agent where dcinventory.exe fails?  DesktopCentral could no longer perform an inventory scan on one of my computers, (failed with status "Asset Scanning is Locked").  So, I uninstalled the Agent on the computer and pushed the agent back to the computer from the DesktopCentral console.  While it said it was successful, it still has the same problem when attempting to perform an Inventory Scan.  The computers Windows Application Event Logs shows an Application Error, Event ID 1000 with the following message;  Faulting application name: dcinventory.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5902e855

NO changes have been made to either DesktopCentral or the computer the agent is running on.  WMI is functioning with no problems and the Repository is NOT corrupt, (which is something a troubleshooting article mentioned in regards to the "Asset Scanning is Locked" message).

If you've had this issue, can you share how you resolved it?  Thank you!!!
