DC Software Deployment Define Target

DC Software Deployment Define Target

So after we updated to 91123 from 91083(?), we now can not select targets while trying to create any configurations or do any software deployments. I attached a screen shot of what I am talking about. Basically, nothing I type in the box isn't recognized and the drop down box doesn't show anything. I have already tried updating the SOM AD Information. 

Any help is welcome!
