DC Mobile App Issue

Hello, 

I am trying to sync my desktop central server to my work phone provided by my company. When I open the app it asks for the server name and the port number, as expected. When I go to the admin tab all the information that its asking for is listed right there however when I go to enter it all into the app I cannot connect to the server. Does anyone know why this may be? I am 100% connected to my work network so there should be no issue there. Unless the information that the DC web portal is giving me is wrong I don't know why this would be going on.
