DB2 over AS400

I have been writing you because I have to add to Application Manager a DB2 running on AS/400, you have explain me what to do but I have some doubts yet:

Is it necessary to add a user in �System i�, If yes, which privileges or characteristics must have it (specials autorities, command line, etc)?.

About the connection, it will be by ODBC, if yes, which characteristics must have it?.

If I call by phone do you have assistance in spanish? What time do you attend by phone?

Last time you write me, you told me I can add a DB2 ins AS/400 selecting DB2 option in Application Manager but I think I will have issues because some field will be empty or not correspond to AS/400, can you explain me?
