We're running Opmanager build 7205 with Mysql and would like to convert to SQL. When I ran db backup it generated a number of errors (attached) then hung, so I terminated the operation. I then ran db repair which generated a number of errors similar to this:
"myisamchk: warning: 2 clients is using or hasn't closed the table properly".

I then rebooted the server and tried dbbackup and dbrepair again, both gave me the same errors. Other than that Opmanager appears to be running correctly. I was unable to create a SIF due to log size. Please advise.
