We have a New Hire template with a date field for the new employee's date of birth.  It would be great if there was a more flexible, user friendly way to choose a date in this field instead of clicking through each year to get to a historical date such as a birthday.  It would be nice to be able to have the versatility to scroll through the calendar by months, years, or even decades.
