Hello there!
We are in the process of upgrading to the 64-bit version of Service Desk Plus. When we shut the application down, stop the DB, and try to run the backup, we get messages every few minutes that states the DB is still running. The backup continues, but I am wondering if this is a false message. I do not want to let it run to completion only to find out the backup is incomplete.

What is the proper procedure to shut down Service Desk and the DB?
