We've experienced an issue with our Service Desk server whereby we are unable to get it to launch (it sticks at "Starting Application Layer..................................". Further investigation has found that we are also getting multiple errors in the log relating to:

InndoDB: Warning: trying to read doublewrite buffer page 123

We did have a server crash a few days ago and problems have started since, however we are in the unfortunate position whereby the previous versions / backups of this server have not been tested by my predecessors, so really do need to get the database working for long enough to get a backup done.

We have looked at running the InnoDB repair functions, but these are seemingly locked out by default.

If anyone is able to assist, I would be grateful, and I can make myself available at any time to investigate/undertake testing.
