Database Backups Failing

Good Morning,

I just migrated Desktop Central to a new Windows 2019 Server.

The move was successful and I didn't have any issues.

Now I am receiving an email Alert about the Database Backup Failed.

The Scheduled backup of Desktop Central has failed.

Reason : Some Desktop Central files are missing. Unable to backup as some important server files are not present. Desktop Central server might be corrupted.


Hoping someone can help me resolve this issue.
