Database and OS compatibility
HI,
I am evaluating this product for our MSP. we are seriously thinking to use opmanager and service desk.
I wanted to install opmanager MSP edition and ServiceDesk Plus 7.0 Enterprise Edition. Please let mw know whether it is suitable for MSP.
Next question is Can I use MS SQL 2005 and Windows 2003 with both latest patch.
Or else please let me know which OS and which DB version is most suitable.
I don't want to end up in incompatibility issue.
