I am interested to see if anyone is exporting the data from ServiceDesk+ or accessing the database to create custom reports outside of the ServiceDesk application.

We have a team of report writers that I would like to utilize for reporting, but would need to either export the ServiceDesk data to our data warehouse, or allow access to this team of technical report writers to the sql database.

Does anyone have experience with this type of request? We are 14.5 Build 14503
