Dashboard requests overview
Hello,
When we look at the dashboard to view our requests it seems a little strange. Every day (and week) the number of inbound request is way higher than the number of completed requests. Is this explainable in any way? What does define an inbound request and what is a completed request.
At the moment we have 40 request open but when I look at the dashboard it says for this month:
Week 1:
Inbound: 368
Completed: 178
Week 2:
Inbound: 165
Completed: 58
Can anyone explain how this is possible?
