Dashboard license user consumption
I received my trial license and applied to to our environment successfully. It works a lot smoother than it did back in the 3050 time when it was first launched so kudos on that.
I have a question on how licenses are consumed in a complicated set up. Obviously if I publish 1 report or dashboard per webpage it takes 1 user (even though a dashboard may have multiple reports). Correct?
So what If I have a webpage with multiple individual reports on it or I dynamically cycle through multiple reports on a page.
Example 1. I have a single web page with 2 defined regions (divs, frames...whatever). I publish a different report in each section using 2 different iframes, one for each section. how many licenses am I consuming per visitor to that page?
Example 2. I have the same 2 regions on a single web page. In region 1, I have a single published, embedded, report. In region 2 of the same page, I use code to insert a different published report every 2 minutes to the region cycling through 8 different reports total plus the 1 in region 1. So 9 total reports being used on the page, only 2 visible at any given time but may visible in a single session. How many licenses consumed per visitor?
Example 3: I have 6 regions on a page, each region has it's own published report/Iframe. how many licenses being consumed per visitor?
Thanks
David
