Dashboard is not functional

Dashboard is not functional

When I log in as administrator, I get the following error in my web browser (IE8):

[ServletException in:/jsp/homeTile.jsp] Can't create output stream!'

Running in compatibility mode isn't an option.

All other functionality works.
