Daily scheduled report
Hi All,
I am very new to this tool.
I want to have few report which will run everyday.
1. Report to show all open ticket (list of open tickets to particular support team everyday)
2. Report to show inflow (list of newly assigned ticket to particular support team everyday)
3. Report to show ticket closer (list of tickets closed by particular support team everyday)
