Hello,

Is there a way to customize the Request Details page?  I have customized my default incident template and the customization shows up on the Edit Details screen, but when I look at the Request Details of an incident created with this template, the grouping of the fields is different.  Isn't this supposed to match what was customized or is there a way to customize this screen?
