Customizing Quick Actions/Quick Create
As the ServiceDesk Admin, Is it possible to customize the Quick Create option? I was able to customize a quick ticketing option for a different product "HEAT" as the HEAT Admin.
We would like to create a simple and quick ticketing option for such things as "password change" or simple calls that need no explanation yet we need to document the Incident/request.
