Customizing look of alert emails
Is there a way to change the look of the alert email generated by the monitoring software. If possible I would like to have two separate styles. The current one generates a title, message, and alarm details with a link to the login page for OpManager. What I would like is to be able to send the default email to the IT Staff, but also customize a second style of email for the others that would be notified of any network errors such as office heads and supervisors.
Where are the files used to generate the email format located?
