Customizing Home View
Hello All,
I was just wondering if it was possible to customise the Home view to have it open up with "All Requests Summary" rather then "My Calls Summary".
Reason for this is the Manager would like to be able to use that view seeing as he doesnt have any calls assigned to him, he would like an overall view.
Is this possible?
