Customizing AlarmsOne Messages
We were wondering if it's possible to customize the AlarmsOne messages that it sends out through SMS, email or voice.
For example, right now we get an SMS message or a phone call and it's not useful at all to us since it doesn't tell us what the actual problem is. If we want to know what the issue is, we then have to log into AlarmsOne or find the email that it sent to us.
Is this functionality in AlarmsOne that already exists? If it isn't, is there a planned update to allow for this functionality?
