Customized Request Forms
Hopefully someone can help me.
I am trying to set up request templates but feel that I may be looking for something this product does not offer.
I want to create a specific template with specific fields that are only viewable when selecting that request.
Example: please see attached document
when I'm creating a new template it appears that the fields I create show across all templates not just this specific one and I can only limit the viewability to the user and not the technician.
Please let me know if you need more information.
