
I sent a screenshot of a standard ticket as an attachment.This is from a normal user's point of view, the ticket has been created and resolved.Is it possible to hide the fields under "Problem description" and the "Meetings" area, depending on your preference?The fields are only active when you send this. The ticket creation mask is free of the fields, I realized this using rules and javascript.Unfortunately, these rules and the script don't take effect once the ticket is created.I would like that a normal user only sees his description text, the subject after creating a ticket. Nothing more.Since I have a lot more information in other service requests, this category is also much longer, although I have deactivated it via the rules.
