Customize technician email reply
Hi,
When a Technician replies a customer request, "Category:" and "Description:" appears at the top of the text box. Plus Technician has to press enter a couple of times in order to create some space for answer. Additionally after the technician replies the request, the page is still on the same request window which should return to active requests page.
Is there any way to customize the reply canvas and the reply behavior?
