Service Desk indicated that on September 1st the requester portal user interface would change. We sent out a communication to our users to give advanced notice of the change however manage engine never implemented it.

Did anybody else experience this? Has the launch of the new requester portal UI been delayed for some reason or should I go ahead and select the "publish to all requesters" option?
