Customize basic Field names

Customize basic Field names

Hi,

Can I change the basic filed names, if yes then how do I do that?

Eg. One of the tabs read - Request. Instead can I have it displayed as Call?
or If the filed title reads - Requester Details, can I have it displayed as Caller details?
