Customization of Web Form for New Requests
Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to customize the web form for opening a new request in Support Center?
What I want is to insert some additional text information to guide the customer when opening a new ticked. Something like " If your network is down, choose category critical; If your network is up but unstable, choose category high; and so on ...". So is it possible to insert text on the web form?
