Customizable Dashboard
It would be a nice feature (esp. for technicians) to be able to customize the dashboard.
The real estate on the page is valuable. I would like to see a version of the My Requests Summary for Unassigned Requests.
I do not find the PO Summary very useful, this could be easily run as a housekeeping report.
The option to choose what you see in each 'block' of the dashboard is a better way forward than a direct change.
