Customising the request portal
Hi guys.
Is it possible to customise what the user sees on the way "in"?
We do not want them to see the workstation field in SD+ as they a) don't know the answer and b) then pick what they think is the answer.
In most cases we have not logged their workstation and in other cases they are calling us about equipment that is other than PC - i.e. a telecomms issue.
It would be good to be able to stop them seeing the workstation field.
