Customising request forms per product
Hi,
I've just installed your software and I'm trying to owrk out how I can customise a request form based upon the the product that has been selected. Our products are quite diverse and we need to collect a lot of information (userid etc) for some of them in order to debug. We don't however want to show these sensitive fields for every product?
Is this possible?
