In the incident template it is possible to select a field and mark it as 'Requester can view'.

I would like the ability to have a field in the Change template and prevent the requester from viewing it.

E.g. the Actual Days spent on the change to be hidden.

 

The technician should still be able to see this field.

 

Is there a way of acheiving this?
