We use servicedesk.core.gb.com as the url for all service reps and customers both internall and externally.

servicedesk.core.gb.com is redirected to http://www.core.gb.com:8080/sd/SolutionsHome.sd however when emails are issued with this url http://servicedesk.core.gb.com/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=415 our redirect converts it to http://servicedesk.core.gb.com/sd/solutionshome.sd/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=415 which returns a 404 error.

Can this issue be resolved?
