Customer Name Fields
Afternoon,
Would it be possible to get individual First Name and Last Name fields both Customers, and Support Reps? The $ContactName variable often makes it difficult/obtuse to write comfortable or natural sounding phrases.
For example, currently, using $ContactName, a sentence may look like:
Dear Sean MacIssac.....
Where $ContactFirstName might look like:
Dear Sean...
