Customer get a notification update when an internal note is added to a SR
Hi ManageEngine,
The notification option "When the request is updated" configured in Admin tab - Notification Rules - Request tab - Contact Notifications - Acknowledge Contact by Email, sends an email to the contact even if the note added was internal (From within a SR - Actions - Add Note - leave unchecked "Show this notes to Contact also").
I think an email should only be sent if that option is checked.
