we are currently having an issue where custom views that have been created disappear. When you go into reorder the views you can only view the system views and the custom views are whited out and you can only see the ticks.

They eventually come back however today they where gone for an hour, we managed to get them back by going into the reorder views and ticking one of the blank custom views off and on again.
