Good Morning,

I would like to create a custom view that would include...

(Technician is Tom Preston or Technician is Unassigned) and 

(Request Status is not Closed and Request Status is not Canceled)

In other words; I want to see all my requests that haven't been closed or canceled...and I want to see all Unassigned requests too.

The problem I'm having is with the Unassigned part. "Unassigned" or "None" does not appear in the custom view creator for the Technician field. There are only two technicians names; me and my co-worker. The word "None" does not appear.

For the record; "None" does appear when I reassign a request, allowing me to reassign that case to my co-worker or to make the case Unassigned by selecting "None." However, the word "None" does not appear for Technician in the custom view creator.

So how can I include Unassigned requests in my custom view? There must be a way since there is a predefined view for Unassigned requests.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
