I would like to suggest an idea.

 

Have a custom column view per filter.

 

example:

 

I have a filter to show only OPEN requests.  Within that filter I want to see ONLY the following columns: Name, ID, Create Date.

 

I have another filter to show PENDING requests.  Withing that filter I want to see ONLY the following columns: Priority, Due by date, Subject

 

Is this possible?
