I have been having this problem when ever I attempt to create a custom view (regardless of private or public) where it keeps adding the completed time constraints that I don't want.

So for example, I created this view to look at all requests for a specific technician or unassigned that are not closed or resolved.

When I look at the view, it keeps adding the additional time constraints that I did not ask it to do.
