Custom View based on Time

Custom View based on Time

Hello, 

I'm trying to create a Custom View to show tickets that have been created in the last 12 hours but only option is available under "Created Time" (or any other field related to time) is date.  Is possible somehow filter based on Time rather than date?  The whole purpose of this is to have a view of any tickets that have been created overnight or outside of Operational Hours.
