SD+

 I've recently tried to recreate a custom request view, for the old one used, I would add each individual user, then continue with the filters to configure a view as per my requirement.

 With the influx of user in each department, I had a brain storm that it would be good if SD had an option to use departments rather than users. It did, 'Great'.

 However the custom view does not show all of the users. I've double checked that they are in the correct department, 'Check' then double checked the field I want was selected correctly 'Department  is 'x department'' then the additional item filter.

What should be showing is every user in the department with the item query, however on a few are actually showing. The ones showing are users added right at the beginning when configuring the SD app, but any new users to the department will not show.

Any thoughts on how to rectify this?
