Custom View's problem
I have a problem with the view, I need a view with my tickets (open, on hold, ...) so all my ticket's non closed. In addition, I need to see all unassigned ticket on the same view. But I don't found the solution. Anybody can help me?????
I tried to put a request like this : Request status is not 'closed' and technician is 'me' and 'none' and only my non closed ticket's is showing.
