Our teams do not currently require the use of work logs, but we are considering a change. One of the questions that has arisen is whether it is possible to automatically add a 30-minute work-log to account for administrative tasks associated with the request.

I am guessing that this is probably something that is possible through scripts / custom functions and custom triggers, but I am not really a developer and wouldn't know where to start with this. So, I am wondering if anybody else has a solution to this that they would be willing to share.
