I try to create a trigger, but an error comes out: "Check for extra space in executor name and try again". 

Your instruction is outdated!

I think I saw examples of files in the executor_files folder.txt that run scripts. 

By analogy , I changed it to run the script via test.txt file.

 

We have a service desk installed on Debian. 

In the file ./executor_files/test.txt I prescribed the launch of a python script test.py $COMPLETE_V3_JSON_FILE, but the script is not executed. 

I also noticed that in the instruction the variable is called $COMPLETE_JSON_FILE, and in the service desk as an example cmd /c CreateJiraTicket.bat $COMPLETE_V3_JSON_FILE

I can't get the json file.

I tried to create a trigger and create and edit a task.

Please give hints, which variable to use? and how to run the script correctly?
