Custom Trigger not working after update to 11.3 Build 11308
Hi all,
recently we updated our SDP instance to 11.3
according to the change log the API v1 is end of life and we need to use the V3.
After the upgrade we started to have issues with 2 custom triggers that we use daily.
one is "Change Status In Progress" and it suppose to run the attached script " " each time a reply is received on a ticket ( basically the script should change the request status to in progress)
second one is usign the same script and is suppose to run the script a a approval request is approve or rejected.
I have been in contact with SDP support and they send us the attached script but it still does not work. the error we received are something like this : (from the ticket history) :
